Thalia has 20 years of experience in physician practice management; she can address almost any issue that should arise with new practices, mergers, moves, etc.  She worked in academic medicine for a number of years and managed a variety of medical specialties.  She has also built and managed employed physician networks, spear headed turnaround efforts with ailing networks and worked extensively with new practices of all specialties.  She has specific interests in work flow, customer service and physician recruitment.
